About the Job

  • Making use of sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from clients
  • Developing a good relationship between clients and companies in regards to their culture and environment
  • Get a clear idea of client’s requirements
  • Receiving, reviewing applications and short listing desired candidate profiles
  • Meet targets set by the project
  • Draft advertising across various media channels to grab the right candidatures
  • Advising clients and candidates about pay roles, training and career progression in this sector
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, and benefits
  • Benchmark for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
  • Outlining recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
